Auth's section

I was thinking about this section and seeing that it's a messy here is my suggestions:

- Add sub-forum called "Auth Request" and put all the requests there.
- Add sub-forum called "Archive" and add all the dumpd threads with auths already disabled there.
- Add in the "Report" form one option to "Disabled Auths" so we can click the "Report" button and report the thread with this option and you guys can move it to the "Archive" section.

Well I know some of you will say: "Ohh.. this will make our forums with too many forums and sub-forum.. "
Well if you want to keep the forum organized this isn't te thing you need to think.

Mods/Staff should just do a better job keeping the old, dead auth threads closed, so that they wont keep re-appearing at the top by new posters.

Yeah.. people who need posts to view the auths usually posts that "Ohh.. already disabled. :S" so they get +1 post.
