Auto Backups vs Mannual Backups

What do you think is a good idea to use for making backups for your site?

I personally do not relay on auto backup scripts i do manual backups daily

If you are backing up your own site that is fine but if you are an admin with a server then i always recommend auto.

I prefer automatic backups, saves you time I guess. They're reliable for me anyway, as I've set them up with reliable scripts.

I myself do manual backups on a daily basis to be honest, can never rely on manual atleast if you do it yourself you know it has gone through ok and you are sure you have the backup if anything goes wrong.
