autofighter pro best settings to make a staker?

so what are the best settings meaning where should i go train i want to go make a staking account plz tell me my account has 50 att str and def and hp

Go train at Minotaurs, Giant Spiders or Red Spiders.

You will want to bot at least 85-90 attack, 75-80 strength, 80-90 defence, and get what ever hitpoints that comes with.
