Award Issue

I recentely bought the award K.R.E.A.M. I received a message from "MyBB Engine" telling me I will have to reply to this message with a screen shot (Idk of what) to "complete" my purchase. It is impossible for me to respond to this message cause I did not enter any recipients to send this message to, cause i can't find one.

So i don't know what to do right now, if you guys can help me out, I'll like to!

I think it's the same issue when you upgrade with koins, you don't need to reply since it doesn't let you.
