Since there is already an award for a thousand posts, this award would pretty much just be for vouches. I don't see this award being accepted to be honest.

The award icon and concept are alright but top poster is already there for 1000 posts and LQ posts get deleted anyways so all of those would be HQ.

I completely agree with Dean. If any new awards are added, there shouldn't be a set number of requirements to achieve it. For example, there shouldn't be an award where you have to acquire 200 rep or 15 vouches. It should be made to where you need to be an overall high quality person. Awards need to be valuable and making it where everyone can get the award takes away from that. Exceptions are things like donating and upgrading.

It would be hard , to check everybody's posts 1 to 1000 and make sure they are high quality.
