So i was thinking the ex-staff that left in good terms should have an award

Staff that left a good reputation for their name should deserve an award for all their hard work they've done on the forums.

Me. They have a usergroup for retired staff members. I personally don't think an award is necessary.

Awards seem over done on this site. If they are in a group called Ex-Staff, thats good enough
