The more I see of the user on and around ForumKorner, the most likely they are to be granted Wolves.
As a side note, users MAY nominate someone within this thread to receive the award. They may still not be granted the award though.
This award will most likely be given out rarely. I am trying to have a small limit of users having it therefore 1 to 2 member(s) every 2 weeks to get the award.
If a user who was given the award becomes banned, the award will then be revoked from their profile and may be open for another user. However, if the ban was proven unjust, the user will regain the award.
The reason of ban will also be a factor.

@"Random", unfortunately yes, it is a bit hard to make out but once you have it in your mind, you can make it out all the time.
As for applications, I'm not too sure. I may have one but not within the first few weeks of myself having the award. Thank you for your inquiries.
