Awards

This isn't a mandatory thing or really essential just would make accessing area's of the site easier.

Is it possible to make the awards on other users profile's clickable, and sending us directly to the award?
if you click the award, it sends you to the award section (here), with the award you clicked highlighted.
OR, (this would take much longer to setup, but a lot better) It sends you directly to the link explaining how to earn said award.

Just an idea if Philly has some time on his hands

Not really needed but imo if there is to be something like that it'd be better to have the awards alt as "award name | award desc" .
