Block Multiple Registrations with the Same IP

Due to the recent accounts going around, I decided this might help as well as a possible proxy blocker.

It is basicly mad ban evaders that actually multi account.

It would be better to only allow one account. Multiple accounts is against the rules. Nobody should need two accounts.

Yes, but if an account is hacked their are to make another account, with this plugin they can't.

There should be a contact email, MSN, AIM, or something like that that is available almost 24/7 for people to use it.

There should be about 2 or 3 people who are available at different times of day to help deal with it that way, they won't have to stay 'alert' if someone needed their account to be reset.

hey i maybe new to the site but im very knowledgeable about them so yea this idea is great cause they're alot of spammer and trollers on and about on pretty much every site and this is perfect for them to actually make this plug in if they need to reset there password just reset it with your email but if they hack the email pass and whole nine yards then you should contact the staff and ask them to make a temporary email that way you can log back in and change the email on the account and make a different password!
