Well if we all notice, we each have broken at least one fucking rule sience we been here
example for me it would be

Cussing, Is allowed. But to a certain extent. We dont want every post of yours having cuss words in it. A fuck here and there is just fine. But in every post is not allowed. By cussing too much you will get an infraction. Accumulating 5 of these infractions in a two week period will get you a 1 month forum ban.

Some rules are more important than others.
For example, flaming and 25 character evasion.
You're more likely to get a higher warning percentile for flaming a member. Why? It's a higher offense and should be treated with more attention.

Scamming is one of those higher offenses.
Swearing is not, for most of us.

But in all honesty, a rule is a rule no matter what, if you are enforcing one you need to enforce them all or there will be civil unrest and people will attempt to get away with anything they can. If you rule with an iron fist, then people wont out of fear of the repercussions and will obey all rules equally.

I see where you're coming from, and I agree with your point.
All the rules should be treated the same, but some do require more attention than others.

Some rules do not necessarily need more attention per say, they all should be look at with the same respect, i will agree to disagree with you on this point and state that they all should be treated with different levels of severity discipline wise.
