Could you please change the background to a more warmer color. I would suggest black, then your logo and template will *POP* out more :)
It makes everything feel more cozy, enjoyable and relaxing.

I promise this will attract more people to stay instead of visit and leave, if that is the case.

Boss, why don't you suggest some more specific colors. Check this site out: http://www.computerhope.com/htmcolor.htm . Anyways, I believe the background would look better if it was Dodger Blue2 - #157DEC.
 
Why dont you add an actual graphical background, like with stripes for example.
