Ban-evading.. (Encouragement)

Shadow posted the exact same thing a while ago, but it doesn't escalate as well.

If someone ban evades, example; me - and somebody encourages me too ban-evade, so they +rep me, vouch for me knowing that I got banned for a reason, example - scamming.

Do you think the consequences would be fair if that person got a suspension from the site, that as a warning and if they do it again it'll be permanent ban?

They should definately be in the Deal With Caution Group so people know that they had a second chance.

I think this is the correct idea, but with you it seems a different story. When it comes to Hybrid/Riots/Outlaw, and the amount of times it's happened I think the same punishment or a limited punishment is deserving. With you, I see somebody who has cleaned up their act and is now a HQ member and thus if you were to be banned, people who positive Repped you shouldn't be banned

Yeah, everyone knows already who I am, through the massive give-away of $20 which Loyal won.

Thing is, Secluded started praising me and gave me respect for the give-away, straight away after when I exposed Hybrid again, Secluded neg-reps me, red pixel, oh wow; I'm not going too report it, too lazy, lmao.
