As far as I can tell, I have not found one... YET. Still looking out. I keep hearing things here and there, but they are all just words. Until I see it done, there most likely will not be another ban method.

And on a side note, I noticed that if you sign into your Xbox One with your account, it does not add a console. Hmm...
