Banned, then un-banned?

So at 2:00 AM, apparently I got banned, but then somehow got un-banned?

Does this mean a second chance? I've messed up once, know I can prove my second one, any information would help, if staff could check logs and see if this ban was legitimate if you could.

Nah I was with Ocean while this was happening, it was mis-understanding, apparently you still need to talk to Philly or something.
