Banned users reputation.

i think you should be able to see banned user's reputation. I know they are banned, but you would be saving a lot of members time by doing so, because its obvious we deal, and talk to banned members. and sometimes we need to know their background. HF does this system and it is VERY useful. (not advertising, just saying).

i think a lot of members would like to see this implemented, there is also other uses for this. i had them in my head prior to making this thread, but i forgot
