I think you should maybe make that blue banner inside the banner a bit longer because it looks like u just cut that shit off with a knife. Also I think the party banner and the gold one we had were the best.
Here is what I mean.

That's not how it's supposed to look, and I have no idea why it doesn't fill the whole container, since the background image is 2000px wide.
