Bans.php not working

Not sure where to bug-report something, so I'll put it in here. I noticed the bans.php page was not working. Seems like there has been too many bans, and it doesn't have enough memory space to store any more. So either allocate more memory to it or delete all the existing ban reports, lol.

I noticed it too, just refresh the page and it works fine.
