Ok so in this link that i'm going to give you, it will show you a program that can change a Batch file into an Executable file, will have a plain Icon though, just saying...

try the converter Format Factory it can tottaly do everything !!Convert : Music ,Video , Icons etc...Nice Video though

There are many '.BAT to .EXE' converters around, many that have icon changers built in.
