Best Blog Software?

Please can people voice their opinions on blogging software.

Im planning on starting my own blog and I need a blog thats got a simple 2/3 column layout (2 sidebars and a main column)

All content needs to be editable (eg add my own advertisements, links, and anything else I require)

Any ideas?

try weebly.com you can creat your own website and i think their are a few blog templates and its very easy to customize and the best part is that you can quickly loggin and change somin from any computer

Im going to use Wordpress, even though i not keen.
Astrimc is going to give me an estimate on a theme as I dont have time to make one myself.
