Best fire cape setup?

What is the best setup for a main account to attempt to get fire cape? Ive seen a few guides, some using only range, some with guthans, etc. Trying to find out which one I should use.

I can do fire cape for you, i use karils bow and bolt racks. (i do charge about 5m though) ...1m if you get me to jad.

Full hard leather
Magic short bow
Iron arrows
mage's book

If you have 85+ defense I would use void. I did it on my 88 defense main. If not use the barrows set up stated above.
