Best fire cape setup?

What is the best setup for a main account to attempt to get fire cape? Ive seen a few guides, some using only range, some with guthans, etc. Trying to find out which one I should use.

forgot to mention money is not a problem

Fury Amulet / Amulet of ranging
Ava's Acumulator
Kharil's Body
Verac's PlateSkirt
Barrows RFD gloves
Blessed spirit sheild/Dragonfire Sheild

Diamond bolts(e)

If you are really wealthy then you do this setup

Rune crossbow

Armadyl Platebody

Divine spirit sheild/Dragonfire Sheild

Diamond bolts(e) and Dragon Bolts (e)

are diamond bolts better than using a karils bow and bolt racks?
 
I can do fire cape for you, i use karils bow and bolt racks. (i do charge about 5m though) ...1m if you get me to jad.

What I did it in:

Full hard leather
Magic short bow
Iron arrows
mage's book
