Well, I use to say GIMP as I never really used Photoshop before.
But now that I've got Photoshop, I'm saying Photoshop.

It really depends on the graphic. For photography, yes, with all those features, but I think GIMP is actually better for graphics/images.

I use photoshop when I'm on my laptop. However, when i'm on other computers that don't have it I use a google chrome extension called Pixlr editor.

It's actually pretty good for a free online app.

I have never heard of that^. That's Pretty cool. I would love to see a Graphic made by that extension.
