Best headphones for decently intensive hip hop

What do you recommend?

First, no Skullcandy or Beats by Dre. Skullcandy absolutely sucks balls and Beats are decent but there are many headphones that can be bought at the same price and give a LOT better quality.

I'm looking into these headphones: http://www.head-fi.org/products/phiaton-ms-400

and these earbuds: http://www.head-fi.org/products/sennheiser-mx-400-in-ear-headphones (these are cheap but the best earbuds for their price)

beats by dre dre. lol nothing beats those headphones. its like subs in yourears

Hate to bring back a near dead topic but I'm a newbie audiophile and I KNOW that they aren't good headphones for the price they are. They're good but you could get the same quality from Sennheisers that are $100 less.

Hmm i think ill look int othe Sennheisers. I think that skullcandy is cool for the looks but suck in the sound. Although they are mostly a fashion statement less then a great quality headphone.
