Call of Duty Best Killstreak In COD?

i love blackbird from black ops it was the only killstreak i got kills with besides chopper gunner and dogs i went to town with that killstreak
 
For me, the care package.
I got 3 osprey gunners in a row ( separate games though )
Pretty sexy.
 
nuke because it makes people mad lol but my best killstreak is 106
 
I think Attack Dogs or AC130, the ac130 is a flying tank it's fun pwning kids with it but the attack dogs get you so many easy kills.
 
I like the chopper gunner on mw2 the best
 
LOL, the R.C. from black ops annoys the shit out of people and the reactions are priceless if you're in a ffa. ME GUSTA
 
Why would anyone say anything other than the BlackBird the SR71 was by far the best and most overpowered kill streak
