Best Laptop for under £400

I'm looking to buy a laptop for under £400, but I want it to be fairly powerful and play most games with NO lagg.
Any recommendations would be great!

I have recently got this laptop, it's good for the games I play, It can just run call of duty 4, can run all the half life games and hopefully portal 2 when its released.
