Best leveling places

Where should I go if I would like to level from 15-20 and 20-25 and so forth?
Getting nothing but "Noob!" comments from RuneScape players in-game for now.

Or whats fun is put on full bronze and go up to a 80 and beg for 2k then when he says "STFU U N00BZ" trade him and show him you $$$ (10M+ does the job, but 100M+ is always better).

They normally log off right away.

Anyway, for training: cows or stronghold.
 
stronghold is the best place for it, but i train at the seagulls for teh both, as its easier when being a noob, but its much easier to go to the strong hold for it
 
Yep, I've been training at rats for my pure. But im training somewhere else now
