Check out and see if there is any sneaker groups in your area on FB.You can find some nice deals on shoes.
Also if you are cautios and can weed out fakes/scammers eBay is pretty good, you can post on Reddit.com/r/Sneakers or Reddit.com/r/RepSneakers for LC on pairs if you don't know if they are legit.

Also ebays buyer protection is really good if you get scammed or sent fake shoes.
