Best software to create music?

I want to start creating music.

Such as dubstep, Trance, anything along those lines.

What's the best program to use?

I heard FL studio was good.

Im just wondering if there is any others.

and just YouTube good synthysers and stuff, I got liike 12 plugins -.-

That's so true, its VERY time consuming, but when you've done your first song and its reasonably good, you'll enjoy it so much more.

Yeah it's sort of the same as video editing, once you get it right it's very easy.

few years back i self taught myself with sony vegas and became very good, never edit anymore though.

how long would it take to remix some good songs? like most dj's do, no dubstep though

Remix some songs comes under a BIG CATEGORIE.

Do you meen like, adding a different beat to an existeing song
Chopping up the chorus and pre-chorus etc, and adding a drop and bass for a Electro feel to a song
or just mix songs so that you can just play songs on a turn table
