Best way to clean dust out of my computer case?

If I slap the top of my computer case, it's like a bomb. So much dust comes out I find it hard to breath in the room for like... 30 seconds.

What's a good way to clean it out? Considering my case is "Cooler Master HAF X Gaming Tower Case - Black (RC-942)".

Also, while we're on the topic of cleaning, best way to clean off dirt that I can't even pick off with my fingers off my keyboard?

And best way to clean dirt of a monitor.
