i've bought two stats/DLC accounts from him
and both times there is always someone trying to get the accounts back. is it him acting like someone else?? who knows.
but i advise not buying accounts from this user, evertime it seems like they're stolen.
i tried logging into the account i bought from him and on my console it says the account doesnt exist.
so i go to xbox.com and it promts me to create a new profile with that email.
and the 1st account i bought from him there was this user who kept logging in and logging me out. so i couldnt download the content from the account.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS USER.
Deal with caution... ask if he owns the account.
both accounts i bought he said others owned them 1st.
Proof:

Tells me to wait till the owner isnt on????
what the hell is that?

i thought i was pretty trustworthy....

Just because some people trust you, it doesn't mean you're automatically trusted by the whole community. And judging by your warning level, I personally wouldn't do a deal with you.

Jbortiz is kinda sketchy though cause he told me the account he was selling me wasn't banned and when I added it as a friend it has Code Of Conduct all over it...

dude just go to xbox.com login to the account go to account setting..... i forgot what you have to click on(don't remember off the top of my head) but its something that wont let other consoles that the account be on log into it they would've to re download the whole profile again witch they wouldn't be able to assuming you change all the info on it.

but the 2nd account he changed all the info
the login email and everything i cant get back

I bought an account from him awhile back and it got taken back and I got console banned


He says they aren't phished though
