I thought they were only for Gold members. I mean I claimed one thing on a Silver but it was a day after the reset and the guy decided to change his Gamertag around 12 hours before I took it on a Silver. If I'm still screwed then I'll just tell the Enforcement Team to force my Gamertag to a randomly generated one so somebody else can get what i took. Not that it's anything anyone will take.

Well technically they shouldn't do anything if you claimed on the tenure then swapped to a silver. That's completely valid and no where did they say it was against the rules.

I had two accounts on my xbox one, both legit tenures, both with gold. You could have a family of 5 that use the same xbox one so your entitled to create one v1 per account. And how were people snagging v1's on fresh silvers, i thought it wasnt possible, fill me in please @coltie2
