Not very in favor of the decision or nothing that I have against Shawn but, there are users who deserved the promotion even better.

I am not agreeing nor disagreeing but it's nobodys decision besides Narc and Philly. If they chose Shawn, it was for a good reason. Only the future can tell. Give him time to show himself worthy. Which I believe he is.

Vouch for Shawn, he's a great staff member and I am extremely happy they've decided to pick him as staff. I have helped him through numerous homework assignments, and whenever him and I skype I notice that he is working on the site, helping everyone out. Great decision lads!

I am well aware this is a old thread but I'd like to get my opinion out there.

A lot of people aren't cut for staff on this forum and it's hard to find the right person to promote I could imagine. I have had minor issues with Beware but I can tell you he is fit for the job.
