I know the highest sized game is

Developer: Rockstar Games
Cost $10 in here, change in other country

I've heard that wow has like 10gb and I also when I played conquer online with way to many edits and stuff like 6gb.

what?? hey alan wake is not released in PC. they were releasing it in PC but then it was cancelled. Alan wake is only released in 360 and its size is around 6.5GB only. Why you mentioned it as 34 GB and post this thread in the PC section?
If you are asking about PC, then the heaviest game which i know Mass effect 2 whjich is about 12 GB. and if you ask about collection then it is stars wars game collection whcih is about 49 GB in size. And If you ask about any other platform game then i will tell you that PS3 has the heaviest games. Like Final Fantasy XIII which is 41GB and God Of war3 which is of 40GB and Uncharted2 which is about 20 GB and Resistence 2 which is about 19 GB and Uncharted1 and resistence1 both are of 17GB and Heavy Rain is aboyt 17.5GB and Metal Gear Solid4 which is around 25GB and Killzone which is of 22GB.

In pondicherry its 3 $ for GTA 4 and there are many games having more size than 4
About price: It depends upon area so changes everywhere but $ 1 is very less, was it pirate?
