You just search on bing, click links, and invite friends for credits. Credits can be used to buy XBox related things, such as 1 month codes and 100 microsoft point codes, to things like $2.50/$5 Amazon
 
Does it take long and is it worth it ?

Aww i cant do it its a usa thing only :'(

It's extremely fast, and it's worth it if you want msp or amazon for free.
 
I used to do this I made quite a bit of money selling msps from this but they patched the method so I stopped using it. lol

Yeah, where all you had to do was sign up, and than redeem.

I wish that still worked. It really came in handy.
