I was sitting on a conversation with a couple of friends when one said that she got miffed by the other because she did not greet her a happy birthday on Facebook. The other said that she didn't have to because she could just tell her personally.
They were just kidding around and laughing about it, but I could really tell that the first friend was really disappointed. The other friend even teased her that the only reason she wanted to be greeted by the other, is so that all her Facebook friends could also greet her!
So here goes my rant about FB!
Do we really need to see our birthdays announced on Facebook? Would you feel offended if some friends forget to greet you online? I would have thought that some people didn't want everybody to know that they are celebrating 'another' birthday. Do you know any friends like these?
