BITCOIN CORE?

okay so i just dealt with @indianapolis and he claims to have sent me btc which i think he did. The thing is i just started using bitcoin/bitcoin core. Yeah my friend told me blockchain was easier, but it was too late. Anyways does anyone else use this program? It says my balance is out of sync, and it's syncing right now. It looks like it'll take a few hours to finish, but the real question is do i lose the btc he sent me?

In the end considering this was my fault i'm gonna have to give him the ig but yeah this sucks.

bitcoin qt isn't fully synced with the network so it doesn't know if it had received funds or not.
Paste your btc address into blockchain's search function and it will show any funds received or not.
You won't be ankle to spend any of the bitvoin until you're wallet syncs.
