Everyone uses Bitcoins to buy and sell on here and I'm really confused as to how you get money on Bitcoins and how do you get your bitcoin money out thanks guys

First you need a wallet, I would recommend Multibit, I choose the classic over the HD one though since it's simpler imo.
Then you need to get the bitcoin, you can either
A.Mine it, not recommended really.
B.Exchange with someone on here.
C.Buy from Coinbase, Localbitcoin, or if you have one in your area a BTC ATM machine.

Once you have the bitcoin and want to cash out later then you can just use locabitcoin again to exchange to cash.

Dont bother even looking at mining bitcoins, complete waste of time.

Try to exchange some pp to some, gl.

Yeah you can also use that, just need to let it sync.
If you want a online wallet you can access anywhere, you can use Blockchain.

Coinbase is the best to use for an online wallet.

I learned that the hard way 2 years ago
