Do you actually need a bank account to have a paypal / bitcon account. Soz for being a numb nut. Im stupid on laptops / computer software and stuff like that.

Not for bitcoin, but if you want a legit paypal, yes you need a bank account. or a VVC.

I am newer to BitCoin also but I cloud mine it but I am unsure of how it fully works but PayPal I know a lot about. PayPal doesn't require a Bank account but you are restricted when you don't have a Credit Card or VCC or Bank Account linked

PayPal with nothing linked = only $500 Spending limit & you can't send money

PayPal with Credit cards = Lifted Spending limit to $1,000 (I think) and you can send money

PayPal with Bank Account = Lifted Spending limit to as much as you want and you can send money

Hope this helps & if you need to learn about BTC try looking up a tutorial on YouTube or something where someone goes into detail on how it works so search something like "How does BitCoin work exactly" and try to find a video based off something along those lines, Regards.

Yes, if you have people send you money to your PayPal, you will be able to use it. No bank account required. Although as time goes on and you spend money and get the money they will limit you. But once you put the bank account on it will raise that limit.

Do personal, but don't put the you're 15 set your birthdate to 1993 or something. They will not let you on if you are younger then 18.

@-Chippy if you want to load money onto your PayPal, you will need your SSN. (I have a bank account attached to mine, But I can't add any funds to my acc, I can only buy things, Which sucks, Cause I have a 20$ daily withdrawal limit).
