Hello fellas!

I think you experienced this. How to solve the Windows "BLUE SCREEN" of death. Meaning, when you boot up your computer, then unexpectedly shown the blue screen itself. There are several items that shown on the blue screen. But mostly, come about this -> UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME

Can you help me how to solve this, my computer cannot boot normally, even using the SAFE MODE feature.

Well, this is what you want to do. Scream and freak out because your computer is screwed over. even if you get it working it will probably happen again.

Try to do a virus search , or go to system restore and return your computer to some previous states , or you can always do it the best way, save all of your files on a DVD or an USB , then install new Windows XP and problem solved.

I agree of what other says here, do a reformat and if this didn't work then you will have face the reality that it could be a hard disk failure.

In due time you will be required to replace your hard disk, hope not... but if the blue screen continuously persist, then it's confirmed.

There is something wrong with your master boot record maybe it corrupt or infected by virus.
you can fix it easily, Start the recovery console, you can easily do this by boot from an installation Windows XP CD and select R for repair.
Run these command -
chkdsk c: /r /p
fixmbr
exit (to reboot)
But you still have no idea how to follow this step, just called some technical support, take a little time to sit back, relax, have a nice cup of tea.
And Voilà! just hope your hard disk not dead already.

If me i will just format my pc, problem solved rather than trying to figure the problem. It so complicated. But it always happen when:

1) Use high CPU Memory
2) Your PC full of virus
3) Something wrong with the hardware.

This is definitely one of the causes, and everyone who adviced ^^^ to reformat your computer, you should also do that. If reformatting didn't fix your computer, then there must be something wrong with the hardware. Try checking the RAM first. Isolate it by replacing it with a known working RAM or if you have 2 RAMs inserted, insert only one first, if it didn't work, insert the other one. If it's still not working, check your harddrive maybe it's corrupted or something.

Let us know, give us a feedback

I have already experienced this and when I restarted it, it gave me the option to do a system restore. But if it is not an option, then you would need to reformat your whole drive.
