Call of Duty BO3 | PC | Problem

Hey FK,

i purchased a Steam Key for BO3 the day it was released and i verified the key with steam and it started to download. So after about a day out, i came back to find it had stopped at 16.5GB and wouldn't start to download again.

I did all the obvious things, restart Steam, restart computer, delete files and re-download. Each time i retry it gets stuck at 16GB.

Can anyone help?

Open Steam, then click "Steam" in the top menu > Settings > Downloads.
Change your download Region to something else, restart. You're welcome.

When it gets to the limit, what percentage of usage is your drive at? (Not amount of space left).

Do you have enough Memory on the PC itself ?

Ive restarted the download, will let you know when it gets to 16.5GB.

Its crashed again. Not sure what you mean be memory. Disk memory?

Why in the hell is your memory maxing out from downloading something?
Have you completely removed the folder from SteamApps before trying?

Sorry, I'm a Gnome user mainly and only have Steam on Windows 7.

I only just realised i could check the performance through task manager lol, so never noticed before.

All right, well. I sat here for a few hours trying to find out what was going on. Discovered I had a memory leak and i've now managed to fix that, so Memory usage is back to normal.

However, this does not seem to have helped my BO3 download and im still stuck with that.
