Bread or Rice?

As an Asian I tend to eat more rice than bread.
It seems that I can leave without bread and can't without rice.
It's kinda weird on my feelings when I haven't eat rice in a day.
How bout you guys which do you prefer Rice or Bread?

Of course i would go for rice. I don't like bread very much. Whatever be the curry i prefer rice than bread.

I eat more rice every day,and also bread sometimes.I gt row up with my mothers feeding rice,and i did not eat bread much every day,but less in weeks.But i like it this both because i get full.I can't live without feeding rice with me.He he..:Ahhhh:

I go for the rice; coz I can't complete my day if I don't eat rice. Its perfectly compare with a sizzling viand

Rice is high in Starch and fatty acid.Its not good if you are trying to maintain your weigh.Bread is good if its Whole Wheat ,not white bread.

well i eat both rice and bread, however i eat sometimes when i wish to eat.
Seriously i don't like rice, i like bread and snacks, wow.... Yummy....... Its so tasty.

I prefer rice over bread. Can't live without it. Rice gives me 5x more energy than eating bread in the morning. And good for underweight like me.

Rice is not better than bread. In our bodybuilding term we tell it as poison sometimes. Bread is better for health than rice

I tried taking out rice, once, in my system and eat bread instead, but I was not successful. I still like rice than bread.

I can eat any of these two. I am an Indian and usually take both of them together and never find it a problem for me to go for any of these. I know to cook both rice and bread. My hubby prefers bread because he is from wheat rich area and I am from rice area.

I prefer bread in the morning and rice for my lunch and again bread for my dinner. Rice is to heavy for me. Plain bread or loaf bread is my preference. I don't eat breads with sugar toppings.

I cannot live without both. But as an overweight guy doctor recommend to me to eat wheat bread and possible brown rice.

i go for the rice.. my family are rice people.. but i can also turn to bread every once in awhile depending on the spread..

i love to eat rice and dal or Indian curry, its delectable taste of rice which makes my mouth water, I am fond of it.
But on some days, its bread and butter taken with tea
it suffices my palate.

I am also asian and we do have the culture of eating rice . from my childhood i have been feeding on rice most of times and it has been a habit now and part of the life.

But it doesnt mean that i eat rice always. some times i eat bakery product as well

Rice is the staple food in our meal and like you, I can't do without it. But once in a while, I eat bread for breakfast or sometimes when I need something to eat fast. Bread comes in very handy, no need to cook, just a little toasting or if you don't want to heat it, it's alright. But overall, I can't live a day without rice in my diet.

I am also from Asia,and I eat rice more than bread.
But,I only eat small portion of rice and eat bread at breakfast and dinner.
Sometimes I can even last a day without eating rice but bread alone and coffee.

i love bread specially in the morning with coffee. but i can't stand the whole day with out eating rice and i can't think wisely and my mood is kinda bad.
