I'm assuming you're speaking of the Twitters. I got the passwords from a DB, so they're still signed in as I am. You can use @pnj to send in verification forms. The Twitter @Cabbie verifies the Vine. So, if you change the password to the Twitters, you will probably lose access in a week.
 
100$ is a little steep as you can only use it to send it verification forms and can't change the password. Plus there is a huge chance you won't even get verified. I suggest just selling the form but that's me. GLWS

Ok. It's still a verified Twitter. And yes, it's public, but this is a newspaper twitter, so it betters the chances.
