Bring back the vouch system

I am, you need to realise that some people do have a lot of rep they have built up over the years from hundreds of deals. Completely removing the rep system isn't the answer.

I never said removing the rep system was the answer.

I said that if you want to remove people from doing rep4rep etc. we should remove old rep4rep's given by members.

There is no way that you can determine if a user has rep4rep'd unless they spoke about it onsite.

Reading Rep comment and then looking at the other person's profile, if they have unlegit comments and stuff its rep4rep.

Not necessarily, if someone reps me I will always rep them back because I'm nice.

I've been seeing a lot of stupid vouches. "Vouch because he's a fag" "Vouch because sweg" and such crap. Its so annoying. If we're bringing the vouch system I would suggest a strict format to put the vouch. Because those random ass vouches are annoying ... Just as bad as the random reps.
