This download is for the default IPB 3.2 template. It is a simple blue banner with a pop-out effect at the title (to make it a little more snazzy !)
The file comes designed to integrate seamlessly, with a .psd and .png image. All you have to do is put it into your logo changer and it should look like the bubble effect comes right out of your top banner.
