Building A Custom Computer need help

so I am building a computer but i dont know the stuff i should buy. is it hard to hook up and can some one send me link to get the best proceser ect. i am looking for a computer that can run 4-6 bots and that can edit movies in sonyvegas and render fast. i also want it for me to run sony vegas and photoshop cs5 at the same time. the computer i am using at the moment has these specs:
Specs:
4gb ram
750gb hardrive
AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 215 Processor 2.70 GHZ
64 bit

should i just get more ram and a new procceser?

You should be able to with your current computer, possibly re-install your OS?

If anything, upgrade to a Phenom Quad Core

EDIT: You may want to buy a AGP or PCI-E Graphics card, that will take a load off the CPU and help render in Vegas Faster.

First of all, the best website to build your own is www.newegg.com or .ca if your in north america.

Also, what is your budget?

If your gonna upgrade your CPU. CPU needs to support Motherboards Socket.

Now that I've read your thread over more thoroughly, I suggest instead that you just get another 4 gb of RAM. That's pretty much all you need.

CPU Can't support 8GB of RAM.

Are you sure? I thought that model could >_>. If that's the case, then listen to Inxy and buy a new CPU so you can upgrade RAM.
