Bumping rule?

Is there a certain rule on bumping a topic?
Don't really remember seeing it on the 'forum rules' thing but i could be wrong

Bump once every 24 hours and don't have others bump for you. This is one of those rules that old staff enforced and now its kind of whatever.

you can bump your thread every 24 hours.
