I'm buying an instagram with a lot of botted followers. Likes do not matter at all.

I'm not looking to pay a lot for this hmu ASAP

$20 for both of them , someone wanted them and i can always make another account to test things on so i just sold them to him

If you have enough time on your hands, you could easily get 4k fake followers in like 3 hours. Probably even more, depending on how hard you go. I'd sell you mine but sadly I would lose my almost >9000 posts.
