I would check out Invicta, Diesel, Bulova, and Marc Anthony. I have watches from each of those companies, and if you check them out at the right time you can scoop up a real nice one for around that price.Beam said:I need some help finding a nice watch for around $150-200 only to order, obviously nothing crazy but heads up I don't want a G-Shock

I myself have two invicta's. My grandfather is best friends with a jeweler who appraised them both at well over $400+, but I dropped a total of $350 on them. They are worth what they're stated at generally.Beam said:@Towel @Divinitive

I bought one that was like 250$Beam said:But look at that fucking price dude, $1000+ marked down to $180ish with free shipping.
I decided to steer clear from Invicta, please check out my Poll thread to see what I've come down to and lay down some knowledge I need all that I can get manVoidal said:If you want a real swiss-made watch in that price range buy a Seiko or Tissot.
Fossil, Michael Kors, any clothing brand watches, ... are overpriced trash that use the most basic mechanics (quartz movement or even battery). A movement (the mechanics of the watch) like that won't give you much trouble, if any, but in the watch community those types of watches (fashion watches) aren't considered real watches and I tend to agree with that.
You can buy a nice Seiko for $100 or less with a real swiss-made movement instead of just a quartz movement.
Edit: Please save yourself from buying an Invicta. They also use extremely basic quartz movements and are a gigantic ripoff.
