Looking to buy some btc with my fully verified PP. I can do large or small amounts, just HMU with your offers. Will only go first to trusted users, otherwise use a MM. I am not wanting to pay more than 10%.
 
Just use VirWox...that's what I do.

Yes and yes. But they have high fees, and if you're new, 48 hours hold times.
