This should actually sum up why I'm not too fond of the whole "testing offers in the public" huss. The guy clearly says his BIN is $150 then when he supposedly (I personally doubt he did) gets an offer of $165 (isn't that $15 more than his BIN price anyway?) and then oh so discretely flipflops back to $150 as if he didn't just tell the entire board that he has a better offer. I'm not here to play any he-said she-said kind of bullshit; as I stated in the original post: if you are in the market to sell, I am in the market to buy... why complicate things when we're both getting what we asked for? I'm sorry to come off as if I have a stick up my ass but it's dudes who pull shit like that that can make these transactions very strenuous at times... hope y'all understand.
